This is my first time using this firm for a taxi ride and it won’t be my last. The driver was very friendly, on time and the car was immaculately clean. Plus the big bonus was they answered the phone, after a recent experience with a local firm I have used many times in the past I was quite annoyed I couldn’t book a taxi because the automated message told me to book online. That’s all very well when you’re at the hospital and don’t have a smart phone with Internet access plus many people don’t have Internet access even when at home. As long as Boro Cars continue to answer the phone they will be my first choice when I need a taxi.

We had a lovely lady pick me and my friends up. Took about 10 minutes to get a taxi on a Saturday night. Shall be using in future as most taxi ranks have a waiting time of an hour minimum.
